Privacy & evidence handling

Public beta: AuthDoctor is intended for technical troubleshooting. Avoid uploading credentials or unnecessary personal data.

Uploaded evidence

Uploaded files are copied into a temporary per-request directory for analysis. The directory is deleted when the analysis request finishes, including when analysis raises an error.

AuthDoctor does not currently provide case-history storage or a database of uploaded logs.

Reports & optional feedback

The generated text export is kept temporarily in server memory so the download button works. Public-beta exports expire automatically after a short period.

If you explicitly submit case feedback, AuthDoctor stores diagnostic metadata plus the root cause, resolution and comments you enter. The original uploaded evidence files are not stored in the feedback database.

Do not upload

Do not upload passwords, private keys, API keys, access or refresh tokens, session cookies, recovery codes, or evidence you are not authorized to process.

Diagnostic limitations

AuthDoctor is a beta troubleshooting aid. A high-confidence result means the supplied evidence strongly matches a deterministic diagnostic rule; it does not guarantee that every possible root cause has been excluded.
